RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every Taiga tee is made to order and printed just for you, so we handle things a little differently than a typical store.

DEFECTS & MISPRINTS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and once our team confirms it, we'll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible or you'd rather not wait, just let us know and we'll issue a full refund.

CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG SIZE
Because each tee is printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size — there's no shelf to put it back on. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out first; we're happy to help you get it right.

A NOTE ON GARMENT-DYED COLOR
Our tees are dyed after they're sewn, which gives each one a slightly unique, lived-in tone. Minor variation in shade between shirts, or from what you see on screen, is a natural part of the process — not a defect — and isn't grounds for a return.
